PartyID - Can this be treated as a user UUID that will never change?

Hi iMIS,

Just a quick one, we've added sync and SSO for one of our client that use iMIS.
I just wanted to be 100% sure that that PartyID will never change for a user like a user UUID.

I did some DB clean-up recently and noticed a few party id issues.
Just trying to find out if it is iMIS, the client or possibly some bad data importing.
