How To: Resend Communications using iMIS REST API

We are trying to re-send a communication using the iMIS REST API. We have the communication and the Communication Log Recipient Key. What endpoint should we use? Could you provide an example we could use to follow?
For context, we want to send the exact same communication to the same recipient it was originally sent to. If there is an easier way to accomplish this, please let me know.
