Advanced Email API and Email Headers

I'm looking to use the Advanced Email option for the API. An image below is the visual representation of enabling it in the communication template.

I haven't found API examples but I did come across /api/Message where the MessageType can be AdvancedEmail. Just wanted to check if that is the correct approach.

Second question: When sending out emails using an email domain that doesn't have an SPF set for the iMIS server it does run into the issue of having those emails caught in spam filters. In the /api/Message endpoint there is an option for 'Reply-To' when specifying where the recipient should respond to, but I was curious if there is an option to specify the Sender header to indicate the transmitter of the email. That should help with passing some DMARC validators. If done successfully, some email clients will say From "company(at)abc.com" on behalf of "jdoe(at)aol.com".
