Get a list of all user defined tables

Hiya,
working with iMIS Cloud and iMIS 2017.
Is there a way to get a list of all user-defined tables?
I can query documentmain?DocumentTypeCode=BUS but this will include all business objects.
I would just like to get the ones which are created either via iMIS Desktop and/or the Panel Designer.
