Members receiving "Error 500 - if you keep receiving this

Hi,
We have had a couple of members trying to register for events receiving this error. One person can't access an invoice either. We have asked them to change browsers, clear their cache and it's not working. Their profile looks fine from our end. Can someone advise why this is happening? There isn't an issue with the event, as we have had 90 other people register.
