I am working on an integration with a third-party directory system for an iMIS EMS client. We know that iMIS stores the contact pictures in a business object that we can use in an IQA query. However, when the third party pulls the IQA data over the iMIS API, the data sent for the image is the raw SQL blob data.

EMS latest - is there a bulk insert option? Thanks.

Without having to call the /Party/[ID] endpoint? I have PartyId, I need UniformId to write to the communication log. So right now I'm having to make a GET (to pull the UniformId), parse out the single field, then 3 separate POST calls to get the entry to show in the "recent interactions" display. Seems kind of ... a lot.

So essentially what is happening is that after an iMIS upgrade to the self-hosted version of 2017 we have been experiencing issues where the cart intermittently does/doesn't calculate shipping and handling, however this error always prevents the cart from actually going through, and this seems to be narrowed down to one issue where in the SOA methods an address lookup fails:

A client has thousands of messages in the CommunicationLog with values of 0 in the Sent, Delivered, and Not Delivered columns. They were added here over time from a runaway Process Automation task, which I need to investigate and modify to prevent it from writing these ghost records in the future. As for the historical records already written, I was thinking of writing a SQL query to delete them from the table. Before taking that step, I was hoping someone could provide some guidance. Will deleting from this table pose a problem? Two related tables give me pause for concern – CommunicationLogEvent and CommunicationLogRecipient. These two seem to be related to CommunicationLog through the CommunicationLogKey column. ASI tech support said this type of support goes beyond the scope of their responsibilities. I was also unable to find any documentation on this topic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So, I feel like this is a really simple question, and should be supported by the REST API, but I just can't seem to figure it out.
