Modify Subscription Balance for cach dues
I am looking for the best way to update a subscription balance through the REST API. The use case is we want to adjust the balance after they have been billed. Basically changing the balance due to 0. These are cash dues.

Goodday everyone,
REST API Dues Payments - "There is already an active subscription for the following items: BASIC"
I am trying to create Dues renewal payment via the REST API. I am using a test account who is paid through 12/31/2019 (currently unpaid for 2020), but when attempting payment I receive the error "There is already an active subscription for the following items: BASIC" which I am assuming means IMIS believes they are current on their Dues?

I see there's the Document endpoint, however when querying that I see various metadata like "CreatedOn" and "UpdatedOn", however not something that might be like the Date of Publication field.
SSO client application does not require user to log in.
Hello,
I have an SSO client application configured in RISE and it is working successfully, retrieving correctly a refresh-token for the user that was previously logged in iMIS cloud.
However, after the user is logged out, I make a call again to SSO client application in order to get the iMIS login page.
