Does anyone have a direct debit example? The documentation only has a credit card example:

Table of table of contents doesn't take user to section of developer site
Table of table of contents doesn't work to menu pages.

I see this used on the example client-side iPart but it no longer shows in the API reference page. When I do a GET on the endpoint I see a 404 so I'm not sure if this was done away with. I'm working with the Cloud versions currently.

Is there a way to add a note to combo order? Similar to if this was being processed in staff site and having the ability to enter in purchase details.
iMIS Payment Token setup for Recurring Payments.
