• What is a brief description of the integration functionality and goals?
• Is this a new integration or an update to an existing one?

Technical Details

• Which iMIS endpoints will the integration use, and are there any questions or concerns about them?
• What triggers the integration (for example, user actions, scheduled jobs, webhooks, or other automated processes)?
• Will you be using IQA queries, Business Objects (BOs), or Panel Definitions? If so, which ones?
• Will your application be client-side, server-side, or hybrid?
• Does your integration require SSO or user authentication via iMIS?

Data Handling

• Will you store iMIS data outside of the iMIS database? If so, what data will be stored externally and why?
• Do you have a mechanism to delete or anonymize data upon client request?

Scale and Load

• Describe expected API usage and scale per client (for example, frequency and data volume).
• What steps have you taken (or plan to take) to ensure performance and reliability (for example, load testing, monitoring, caching, or throttling)?
• Will you require a test system for load or performance testing?

Request Tracking & Log Auditing

• Will logs include user identifiers, timestamps, and request metadata?
• Are logs reviewed regularly for anomalies, errors, or security events?
• How will you handle sensitive data in logs (e.g., masking, encryption)?
• Is there a mechanism for tracking failed or incomplete requests?
